Patient Services

Appointment Scheduling

Our office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday, and 7 am to 2 pm on Fridays. We can accommodate some early morning or evening appointments by arrangement for special circumstances. We will try to accommodate your schedule as best as we can. In return we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to change your appointment so that we may offer your reserved time to another patient. Multiple broken appointments are a disruption in your treatment and hinder our ability to take care of our patients, thus you may be charged a "broken appointment fee".


Emergency Services

From time to time a dental emergency (toothache, swollen face, or knocked out tooth) may arise. It this occurs during our regular office hours, contact the office immediately, so we can make accommodations for you in our schedule. If an emergency develops after hours or on the weekend, you can contact the doctors at their residence (452-1092) or contact Community Memorial Hospital for the dentist on call. In addition, dental "urgencies" may also occur. This might be a broken tooth or filling, a lost crown or a question regarding treatment you have received. Again, we encourage you to call the office or contact the doctors at home.


Financial Arrangements

Our fees are based on the time and cost required to provide our services to you and your family. This includes the cost of materials and related laboratory fees. We strive to use the most updated materials and technology available as well as high quality dental laboratories in your treatment. We will discuss all fees with you prior to your treatment and encourage you to openly discuss your questions or concerns regarding your treatment or our fees.

We request that in most cases, payment be made at the time of service. For multiple appointments or complex treatment requiring an extended time period for completion, a financial agreement with monthly payments can be offered. Our financial coordinator is available to help you with this. Our billing statements are mailed on a monthly basis and payment is expected within 30 days. Any accounts over 60 days are subject to finance charge. We encourage you to contact our office if you have any concerns about your account.
